1. Intellectual Property

1.1 All designs, graphics, content, and materials created or provided by Graphic Bureau are the intellectual property of Graphic Bureau, unless otherwise stated.
 1.2 You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final designs for agreed purposes only.
 1.3 Unauthorized reproduction, resale, distribution, or claiming authorship of our work is strictly prohibited.

2. Services

2.1 Graphic Bureau provides creative and design services as agreed with each client.
 2.2 Project timelines, deliverables, and scope of work will be outlined in a written agreement or project proposal.
 2.3 Revisions are subject to the limits stated in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

3. Payments

3.1 A deposit (percentage or fixed fee) may be required before work begins.
 3.2 Full payment must be made before the delivery of final files, unless otherwise agreed.
 3.3 All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate transactions or errors caused by Graphic Bureau.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Clients must provide accurate information, materials, and feedback necessary to complete the project.
 4.2 Delays in providing required input may affect project timelines.
 4.3 The client is responsible for securing any necessary permissions or licenses for third-party materials provided.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Graphic Bureau delivers services on an “as is” basis and makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied.
 5.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.


6. Termination

6.1 Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
 6.2 In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all completed work up to the termination date.5.3 The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables before final use or publication.

7. Amendments

Graphic Bureau reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
